Service Description

In this two-hour immersive journey, Breath Work Facilitator Alex Duran will use a series of techniques to tap into your breath and hold space for nervous system regulation. Set to rhythmic African drumming, Isha will play healing beats to encourage deep relaxation and bring balance to mind, body and breath. We invite you to discover what is held in your body and let the African drum guide your breath.
