Consultations are virtual only. A simple meet and greet to answer any questions as well as get a feel for goals before booking a session. This is for first time clients only.

Cancellation Policy

All Sales Final. Except to the limited extent set forth in this Agreement regarding Service Fees, all Fees are non- refundable. All Fees are non-transferable. All sales are final, and the Grounded In Color LLC., does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. No Warranties.
